Thank you to everyone who has sent in photos of what they have been getting up to, enjoying spotting all sorts of creatures out and about.
Head over to the Eco Council page to have a look!
Wildlife Watch
The Eco Council have been trying to put together a Wildlife Watch. We encourage you to take photos, videos even make a piece of art based on creatures and creepy crawlies that you might see in your gardens or on your daily walks.
Please email anything you create to GashG6@hwbcymru.net and I will upload these to the Eco Council page so we can get connected and see what each other is getting up to!
I look forward to seeing all the creature encounters you have been having. You never know what you might find!

Healthy Eating & Food Technology
The ‘Food: A Fact of Life’ website have created a set of activities which can be completed at home. They range from counting steps around the house to researching weird and wonderful foods. They look like really interesting ways to keep children of all ages creative, healthy and informed while we all spend lots of time at home! They are releasing the activities in ‘Waves’, so here is the link to the first 54 ‘Wave 1’ activities:

Create your very own noughts and crosses board and counters. These can be made out of wood, painted stones, recycled material etc. I’d love to see pictures of your creations- send me an email.
There are some wonderful ideas on google images under homemade noughts and crosses boards.
