Mindfulness helps train your attention to be more aware of what is actually happening, rather than worrying about what has happened or might happen. We learn to bring greater curiosity to whatever it is we experience. Ysgol Pen y Bryn are proud to have been instrumental in developing two primary curricula to introduce children to mindfulness in order to promote well-being. These have been widely praised nationally and internationally. Most of our teachers have completed an eight-week course to develop their own practice, followed by in how to teach mindfulness.
