Mindfulness in Schools Conference 2013
Teachers and pupils from Pen Y Bryn were asked to speak at the Mindfulness in Schools Conference in London in March. The conference was attended by seven hundred people from all around the World. We were extremely proud of our pupils with how they spoke about their experiences of mindfulness and how it has helped them in their everyday lives. The presentation given by Ysgol Pen Y Bryn was extremely well received.
