This term we are learning all about LIGHT, electricity and colour. Our topic is all about light sources, electricity and experimenting with colour through a range of exciting activities. We will also be learning about Bonfire Night and doing activities linked to fireworks and colour and the Hindu Festival of Light called Diwali. Finally, we will be learning and celebrating CHRISTMAS! We just cant wait!!!!

  • Year 1 Wedding- Tuesday 10th November: on this day send your child to school in their wedding attire for a very special service. Photos will uploaded for all to see.
  • Parents evenings
  • Pop In- dates on the Year 1 Newsletter. This is chance for you to look around the classroom with your child and for them to show you their work.
  • Year 1FM Christmas Production (DATE TO BE CONFIRMED)
  • Year 1 Christmas Party
