Abacus Website Access - UPDATE!
The emphasis this half term will be on multiplication, division and fraction work. Homework will be set accordingly. Please regularly check the Abacus website for updates.

2. Reading books can be changed (just sign the Reading Record in planner to show it has been finished)
Homework
Your child has three different types of homework
1. Reading
We expect your child to read each evening and their progress can be recorded in their planner.
2. Spelling
They also have a Spelling Book. One page is to be completed weekly (brought back on the Wednesday for marking)and there will be a quiz each Wednesday as well. They will either have 3, 6 or 9 spellings to learn.
3. Timestables
The children are currently practising and learning their 2,3, 5, 10s and 11s. These will be added to over the next few months. There will be a quiz every Wednesday to check progress.
Our Project – THE BIG DIP
This project has a Science and Geography focus. It teaches children about habitats and life-cycles.
